If
you are a new user, simply press the New
user Login button and the Login page will open. Once you
have filled in your details, these are automatically stored. When
you next use our site, you login as an existing user to save
time filling in all the address details for your delivery. This will
also enable you to save your order, re-call your last order, and
change your address or other details, on the Customer Service
page.
Click on
Shop
in any page of the web and the Product
Categories page will open.
Click on the "Product Category" that you want to order,
i.e., all the fruit is in the Fruit
category. This will open the Fruit
page, or the category that you clicked on.
Type a quantity into the
Quantity box, then
click on the little box in the blue
Select column.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on
Order.
This will open the
Shopping Cart
page, which will now show the products that you have selected. You
can alter the quantity by typing in a different amount, or you can
remove a product by clicking on
Remove.
If you make any changes, simply click on to show the new order and total.
You can now return to the
Shop
page and add more
products from any Product Categories to your shopping
cart.
Once you have ordered the products that you want, click on
in the
Shopping Cart
This will open the
Customer Order
page. if you are an existing customer, simply type you Password and
Email Address in the boxes and click
Login Your details will appear in the spaces below. If any of your details
have altered, you can amend them here, or in the special
Customer
Service page. Now you can type any special
requests in the Order
Comments and Special Requests box such as "Please
leave in the shade" or if you have some items that you do not want
included in a Fruit Box, this is where to let us know. Now click on
This will open the
"Payment Page". You can still go back to the
Shop
and repeat the order procedure, adding or deleting products. When
you are happy with your order, you can click on
Save
this Cart if you wish to save a copy of your order for
future reference. Now click on .
This is most
important, once you click the button above, you are automatically transferred to the National Bank of Australia's online credit card
centre. We have no record of your credit card or any details
associated with this transaction. If your transaction is approved by
the bank, the bank sends us a notification, and you will receive a
receipt from the bank and from us acknowledging your order and
payment.
As a New
User, you can use the Customer Service
page to create your own profile. Click on the New
user login here buttonand
the Login Page will open. Enter your details and your password
here. Your email address
must be correct so that we can email your password to you if you forget it.
Now you
can also use the Customer Service
page to ;
Change
your details such as your address or telephone number etc..
Look up
your previous orders.
Save
your current order.
In theCart Administration
section, you can simply click on Yes
next to the cart you wish to restore. That cart will appear,
press to
re-order that cart. No fuss, very simple.
Our
Fruit & Veg Boxes contain a selection of regular items such as Potatoes, Onions,
Tomatoes, Apples, Oranges, Bananas, Carrots and Lettuce. The balance
of the box includes a selection of in-season items such as Apricots,
Cherries, Peaches, Avocados, Cucumber, Pears, Beans, Eggplant,
Pineapple, Broccoli, Grapes, Plums, Cabbage, Mandarins, Pumpkin,
Capsicum, Mangoes, Strawberries, Cauliflower, Mushrooms, Watermelon,
Celery, Nectarines, and Zucchini, and others.
If
you have particular preferences for items that you do not want
included, or perhaps have some still left from the last order,
simply indicate your wishes in the Order
Comments and Special Requests box.
Concerns
about using the Internet for financial transactions are probably the
foremost concern of most people new to Internet shopping. We want to
emphasise that we do not handle any of the Internet financial
transactions. When you come to pay for your purchases, you are
actually transferred to the National Bank Internet Payment Service.
The
National Bank collects your information, processes it and sends us a
notice that you have paid for the goods. We do not have any access
to credit card information or the processing of credit cards.
